If for some reason you were not satisfied with the order you placed in our online store, you can return the products within 14 days after the shipment has arrived at the mail delivery point of your choice. Please note that the product can only be returned if it has our tag attached to the product. Do this:

1. Inform us that you are returning the product by email to info@kristianaleksander.fi . Put your order number in the notification, which you can find in the order confirmation.
2. Attach the return consignment note that came with the product to the package and take it to the nearest postal service point. If you send the product back in a Kristian & Aleksander package, please remember to cover the old sticker with a new one. The return postage has already been paid for you. Keep the return receipt you received from the service point until you have received the return confirmation in your email or OmaPosti.
3. When we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on the payment method you choose in the online store, we will return the money from your purchase to your account within about 2-5 banking days.

Returned products will be refunded once we have received and processed your return. Normally, the refund appears in the bank account within a week of the return.
