The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the cart in the online store's checkout function. When placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.

Orders are posted on weekdays. The delivery time for products shipped from the warehouse is usually 3-5 business days. Shipping costs depend on the mode of delivery selected, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You can see shipping costs in the online store's checkout function before finally accepting the order.

If the product has been lost or damaged during delivery, the online store must be notified without delay, but within 14 days. Packages that have been damaged in the delivery must be notified without delay to the company responsible for the delivery.


The customer of the online store has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The Customer has the right to change or return some or all of the products in the order. Returnable or replaceable products must be in the original packaging and ready for sale. The product labels must also be attached to the product. If you wish to return or change products, please contact the online store first and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details and account number for any refund.

Unsubscribe, liability for errors and complaints

Before the order is delivered, the order can be cancelled by written notification by email.

The online store is legally liable for errors in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
